Teamwork makes the Dream work

Working together toward a common goal is the foundation for any team.  Thankfully, we have a small group of board members and director who see the need for focusing on kids in Hermann.  Check out the profiles below and let us know if you want to be part of the team.  We would love to work with you in fulfilling the mission of our organization.

Robert Koerber

Born and raised in Webster Groves, Missouri, Robert Koerber grew up to pursue and achieve a higher education, among many other reputable accomplishments. He obtained multiple business licenses, a Bachelor of Sciences in Business Administration, a Master of Business Administration, and a Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Memphis in Management and Leadership. His work experience stems and branches out in many management positions, and, most recently, Mayor of Hermann, Missouri, where he lives and works. As both a citizen and, for a time, mayor of Hermann, Dr. Koerber has been able to have a significant impact on his community. Dr. Koerber has vast experience in handling big budgets, preparing financial statements, and managing projects. Not only has he expanded his own management experience, but he has also taught and aided other individuals in their own project management and business oriented goals. In one of his teaching appointments, he pointed the minds of students towards understanding the ramifications of starting a family while taking on the business world.

Amy Schebaum

Treasurer / Secretary

Amy has grown up in Hermann and attended St. George Catholic School and Hermann High School. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education from Southeast Missouri State University. She later earned a Master’s degree from William Woods University for Education Administration and she is currently working towards her Specialist degree in K-12 Administration through Northwest Missouri State University.  She is in her 13th year of teaching and serves as the Title 1 Reading teacher at Hermann Elementary School. She has a strong desire to give back to the community that she has called home her entire life. As she and her husband are raising their son here she continues to look for ways to give back to the youth in Hermann so that they may grow up and have as fond of memories of their childhood in Hermann as she did. May this endeavor allow the youth of the Hermann area to form relationships and opportunities to capitalize on their strengths in searching for their purpose.

Zach Stobart

Vice President

Zach has been a proud citizen of Hermann for fourteen years. For twelve of these years, he was a Social Studies teacher at Hermann High School before becoming St. George School’s Principal. He earned his Bachelor of Sciences in Education from the University of Central Missouri, a Master of Education in Administration from William Woods University, and an Education Specialist Degree in Administration from Missouri Baptist University. Living in Hermann alongside him is his wife Cassandra and their four children.

Lee Pettijohn

Lee has lived in Hermann since 2008.  As an Air Force BRAT he has traveled the world, graduated college with 2 Bachelor’s Degrees, and owns a business consulting company here in Hermann.  He has grown up in a Christian household all his life, but realized later on his dependence on Jesus for everything; his success in business, a beautiful family, and his love for kids and desire to see them grow into their God-given potential and place in this world.
